Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing my newest crochet pattern, the Bedtime Dreams Baby Blanket. This super soft, handmade baby blanket is made using beginner stitches. It is the perfect baby afghan for a newborn baby and would also be an excellent baby shower gift that would be treasured for years to come.
For the Bedtime Dreams Baby Blanket, I used Premier Anti-Pilling DK. However, you can use whatever #3 light-weight yarn you’d like. I also used a size H-8 (5.0mm) crochet hook. I highly recommend using my favorite crochet hooks, Clover Amour. You will also need a tapestry needle and a pair of scissors. Gather your supplies and let’s begin!

Bedtime Dreams Baby Blanket

Materials:
- (4) skeins of Premier Anti-Pilling DK in Cream
- H-8 (5.0mm) crochet hook
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
Size:
30 x 33
Notes:
- To adjust the size of your blanket, you will need to make a chain in a multiple of 3+1. This means you will chain in multiples of 3 until your desired width. Once satisfied, you will add 1 additional chain to the very end.
- Whenever you see parenthesis, you will follow the instructions inside the parenthesis into the stitch indicated.
- Chain 3 counts as your first double crochet.
