Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing my newest crochet pattern, the Sky Blue Baby Blanket. This super soft, handmade baby blanket is made using beginner stitches. It is the perfect baby afghan for a newborn baby and would also be an excellent baby shower gift that would be treasured for years to come.
For the Sky Blue Baby Blanket, I used Premier Anti-Pilling DK. However, you can use whatever #3 light-weight yarn you’d like. I also used a size I-9 (5.5mm) crochet hook. I highly recommend using my favorite crochet hooks, Clover Amour. You will also need a tapestry needle and a pair of scissors. Gather your supplies and let’s begin!

Sky Blue Baby Blanket

Materials:
- (4) skeins of Premier Anti-Pilling DK in Sky Blue
- I-9 (5.5mm) crochet hook
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
Size:
30×32
Notes:
- You can change up the sizing of this blanket by making a chain multiple of 8+4. This means you will multiply any number by 8. Once satisfied, you will add 4 chains to the very end.
- You will be working into the chain 1 spaces of each row.
