Twin V-Stitch Baby Blanket

Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing my newest beginner crochet pattern, the Twin V-Stitch Baby Blanket. This baby blanket is made using a mix of blues, but can easily be adjusted to suit another color palette. It’s so very soft and works up beautifully.

The Twin V-Stitch Baby Blanket is made using a worsted weight yarn in four different colors. However, this striped baby blanket would be pretty in just about every color combination out there. The possibilities are truly endless!

For the Twin V-Stitch Baby Blanket, I used Patons Canadiana. However, you can use whatever yarn you’d like. I also used a size H-8 (5.0mm) crochet hook. I highly recommend using my favorite crochet hooks, Clover Amour. You will also need a tapestry needle and a pair of scissors. Gather your supplies and let’s begin!

Materials:

Size:

27.5  x 37

Notes:

  • To change the width of this blanket, you will chain in a multiple of 4. This means you will multiply any number by 4 to get your desired width.
  • I changed colors every 6 rows. You will start and end your blanket using the Pale Grey Mix color.

If you would like to purchase an ad-free version of this pattern, you can do so here.
